On Jul 20th, I was fortunate to share a LinkedIn Audio stage with the infamous Eny Osung, Managing Director at Global.Media and Melody Morris, Founder, Creative Be-ing Academy to discuss Stress: The Silent Killer — How and Why of Stress Management. Stress is often referred to as the “silent killer” due to its insidious and detrimental impact on our physical and mental health. While it may not manifest itself in obvious ways like other medical conditions, chronic stress can quietly wreak havoc on our well-being, leading to serious health issues over time.
